## Calculate Your ROI with FrameAI
FrameAI's ROI Calculator tells you exactly how much time and money your team saves by switching from manual Eurocode calculations to automated structural analysis.
### Before you start
| Item | Details |
|------|---------|
| Access | Any FrameAI account |
| Time | 5–10 minutes |
| What you'll need | Project count, team size, current process time estimates |
---
### Step 1 — Open the ROI Calculator
Find it in two places:
- Direct link: [frameai-structural.polsia.app/roi-calculator](https://frameai-structural.polsia.app/roi-calculator)
- Or via Studio: **Tools** → **ROI Calculator**
```
```
### Step 2 — Enter your project details
Fill in the four fields:
| Field | What to enter |
|-------|---------------|
| Projects per year | How many structural projects your firm completes annually |
| Average project size | Number of structural members (beams + columns) per project |
| Team size | Number of engineers doing structural calculations |
| Current report turnaround | Hours spent per project on manual Eurocode calcs |
```
```
Be realistic on the turnaround time — your estimate is the baseline the ROI is calculated against.
### Step 3 — Calculate
Click **Calculate**. The tool runs the numbers using industry benchmarks for manual vs. automated structural analysis.

### Step 4 — Review the results
The dashboard shows three key metrics:
| Metric | What it means |
|--------|---------------|
| Hours saved/year | Engineer hours reclaimed from manual calcs |
| Error reduction % | Fewer structural failures, RFIs, and site corrections |
| Cost savings | EUR value based on your team's hourly rate |
```
```
### Step 5 — Share with your manager or client
Click **Share results** to generate:
- A shareable link (expires after 7 days)
- A PDF download (permanent record)
```
## What you should see
An ROI dashboard with:
- **Hours saved/year** — based on your team size and project count
- **Error reduction %** — benchmarked against manual calculation error rates
- **Cost savings in EUR** — at your team's hourly rate
---
## Common problems
**"Numbers look too optimistic"**
> Adjust the "current report turnaround" field downward. Be honest about how long manual calculations actually take — if you enter 2 hours but your team spends 8, the savings will look inflated. Use your real current process time.
**"Can't share link"**
> Share links expire after 7 days for security. For permanent records, use the **Download as PDF** option — it captures the full dashboard with your entered values.
**"Calculator gives 0 savings"**
> Check that your team size and project count are both set above 1. If either is 0 or blank, the calculator can't compute savings.
