1. Service
FrameAI is a SaaS tool that extracts beam and column specifications from structural steel PDF drawings using OpenAI GPT-4o vision, validates them against Eurocode section class checks, and produces fabrication-ready PDF drawings with part marks and dimensions.
The service is provided as-is. FrameAI (Polsia BV, Netherlands) reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must ensure that any PDF you upload is either your own work or that you have the right to authorize FrameAI to process it on your behalf.
FrameAI is not designed for use on structures where failure could result in loss of life or serious injury. You must not rely on FrameAI output as a substitute for professional engineering judgment on critical safety structures.
3. Payment
Subscription fees are:
- Pro — $10 per month or $60 per year, includes 50 PDFs per month
- Studio — $400/yr, up to 10 seats, unlimited PDFs
All billing is processed by Stripe. FrameAI does not store your payment card details locally — only your email address and Stripe customer ID are retained. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
FrameAI retains no ownership of the drawings you upload. Your input files remain yours. The output drawings generated by FrameAI (fabrication-ready PDFs, DXF exports) may be used commercially by you without restriction.
5. Liability
FrameAI is a software aid, not a substitute for professional engineering review. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrameAI's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. FrameAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
